    Proposal: Erection of first floor extension and garage conversion to habitable space.

    ii) 22/02792/FUL 49 High Street, Wem, Shropshire, SY4 5DG

    Proposal: Application under section 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the change of use from class E to Sui Generis (Tapas/wine bar).

    iii) 22/02631/VAR Westgate, 15 Aston Road, Wem, Shropshire, SY4 5AZ

    Proposal: Variation of condition 3 (extension of 10 year period) of Planning Permission 12/02328/FUL Erection of building for ancillary accommodation.

    iv) 22/02335/FUL Coed Hill, Aston Road, Wem, Shropshire, SY4 5JD

    Proposal: Residential Development of 3no dwellings together with associated external works and drainage – re-consultation.

    v) 22/02880/FUL 4 Talbot development, High Street, Wem, Shropshire, SY4 5AA

    Proposal: Application under Section 73A of the Town and Country and Act 1990 for change of use from a shop to take away

The Town Council meets on the last Thursday of every month except December at 7.00 p.m in the Meeting Room, Wem Library High Street  Wem.
The Town Council meeting starts with Public Question time and residents can attend and raise issues with the members.
A copy of the agenda for these meetings is displayed on the notice board outside the Town Hall, High Street and on this website.
